webDOMinator Help

As a novice or advanced webDOM user, you're going to run into issues which you'll need help on. Perhaps new things, or problems you are having with the bot. This help system is designed to get to the bottom of the problem you're having by asking you a series of questions much like our technical support asks you when you contact us.

The idea is to drill down to your problem as specifically as possible by clicking through the responses to the questions asked and get to a solution from the system. If you don't see an appropriate response to the question being asked, you can enter your own response if you're logged_in and we will respond as quickly as possible.

If the system cannot find the solution for you, it will give you a contact link which you can click on and it will provide all of the information we need in order to serve you better.
